Caitlyn is a Physical Therapist, a Certified Resident Assessment Coordinator and a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. While working as a Director of Rehab, Caitlyn quickly developed an interest in long-term care operations and management. Year after year, Caitlyn noticed one thing in the healthcare industry that continued to remain constant and that was change. She found herself constantly diving into regulations and guidelines to develop effective solutions to meet the needs of the community. Caitlyn believes in order for owners and operators to be successful amidst the industry changes, they too must continue to change and develop strategic operations. She has a burning passion for developing clinically and ethically driven programs resulting in efficient and profitable operations.
