Our Instructors

Caitlyn Donegan, PT, DPT, CADDCT, RAC-CT is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and a certified Resident Assessment Coordinator. She is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. She has experience as a Director of Rehabilitation at multiple skilled nursing and memory care facilities where she and her rehab teams were actively involved with the residents on the memory care units and assisted with dementia education for all staff. Caitlyn is currently an independent rehab clinical consultant assisting with education and trainings to improve and promote clinically and ethically driven programs.

Elsa Johnson, PT, DPT, CDP is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and licensed physical therapist. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She is currently a Rehab Director at an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility and has experience as a lead physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility. She assisted building leadership with education for all staff in the building with a special focus on proper wheelchair positioning and dementia training.

Allison Quevillon, OTR/L, MSOT, CLT is a licensed occupational therapist who received her Master of Occupational Therapy from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. She has experience ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics with a special interest in working with patients living with dementia and the functional use of cognitive assessments. Allison has additional certifications in the SOS feeding approach and has recently become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT)!
