FULL TIME - CLINICAL REHAB CONSULTANT (DENVER, COLORADO)
Qualifications
  • Must be an innovative and progressive thinker with a passion for clinical excellence

  • Must be a Colorado licensed Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist

  • Must have at least 3 years clinical experience in the Skilled Nursing setting

  • Must have experience in education and or leadership

Responsibilities

  • Assists with development of clinical tools, training modules and other clinical products

  • Assist with field research and analysis to allow for improved understanding of rehab industry and barriers in order to develop and discuss potential solutions with clients

  • Deliver educational presentations to clients with effective communication

  • Consult with various clients and clinicians on clinically appropriate and ethical practice patterns

  • Utilize CMS resources to ensure adequate understanding of payment models, patient benefits and regulations to ensure recommendations and guidance are accurate and up to date

  • Ensure all patient and client data remain private and protected and company projects are not disclosed to individuals.

  • Willingness to attend seminars, courses and educational opportunities as identified and endorsed by D3 Consulting.
